Buddhism's most famous Bodhisattva is Avalokitesvara, or Guanyin (观世音菩萨). He/she is also one of the Three Sacred Beings of Amitabha Buddha's Western Pure Land. The four-minute video above, produced by the Pure Land school of Master Shandao, is a beginner's guide to this iconic figure.
